The Toppan Prize for 1906, the award of which was postponed until the present academic year, has been awarded to S. Daggett '03, Ph.D., instructor in Economics. The subject of Dr. Daggett's essay was "Railroad Reorganization in the United States." The Toppan Prize of $150 is offered for the best essay, of sufficient merit, on a subject in Political Science.
The judges of the theses were Professor Gay, Professor Bullock, Professor Andrew and Dr. Munro.
