Mr. N. V. Tchaikoosky, a prominent Russian revolutionist, now resident in England, has presented to the University Library 96 books and pamphlets, and a full set of the periodical "Revolutsionnaya Rossiya." All these publications have been issued by the Socialist-Revolutionary Party since 1902. Mr. Tchaikoosky lately visited the University Library and inspected the Nihilistic collection which it possesses.
The Philosophical Library in Emerson Hall has also recently received a gift of the second series of the Index Catalogue of the library of the Surgeon General's office in Washington. This work is very important for information on all articles and books relating to physiological psychology.
