Camera Club Prizes Awarded

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The pictures in the exhibition of the Camera Club were judged yesterday by Mr. F. H. Pratt, of Worcester, one of the leading photo-secessionists in this country. The first prize was awarded to the group of prints exhibited by M. S. McN. Watts 2G. The exhibit by F. F. Marshall '07 was awarded second prize. No third prize cup was awarded because of the lack of sufficiently meritorious exhibits. Four "honorable mention" ribbons were awarded for single pictures. The first "honorable mention" was won by W. Ordway '10 with the picture entitled "Evening on the Charles;" second "honorable mention" by C. B. Roepper '10 for the picture "An Old Chateau in the Tyrol;" third was awarded to the picture. "God's Acre" by A. W. Cook Gr.Dv.; and fourth to "A Winter Evening" by E. H. Riedel 1G. Many of the individual pictures exhibited showed a high degree of merit.

The exhibition of the club will close next Thursday with a criticism of the pictures by Mr. Pratt.
