The second of the series of three inter-club debates between the Agora and the Forum will be held in Dane Hall this evening at 8 o'clock on the question: "Resolved, That all United States senators should be elected by popular vote." The Forum team, composed of P. B. Carter '08, J. C. Bills '09, and R. T. Mack '08 will support the affirmative, and the negative will be upheld by H. W. Hines '09, H. Pillsbury '09, and T. H. O'Neil '07, representing the Agora. Each speaker will have twelve minutes for a main speech and five for a rebuttal. Professor W. B. Munro, R. W. Kelso 3L., and E. M. Rabenold 3L. will act as judges.
All members of the University may attend the debate.
