1908 Played Tie Game with Stone's

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The practice hockey game between the Juniors and Stone's School at the Brookline Reservoir yesterday afternoon resulted in a tie, both teams scoring two goals. The play was very even throughout the game; the Juniors having a slight advantage during the first half, and Stone's School playing the better in the last half.

A goal scored in the second period by the Juniors was not allowed, for it was claimed that the puck was not in play when the goal was made. There was practically no team work on either side.

The summary follows: 1908.  STONE'S. Dutton, Rogers, Henry, l.e.  r.e., Mason Butt, Gray, l.c.  r.c., Stevens Lovering, Brown, r.c.  l.c., Whittemore Howes, Fales, Furber, r.e.  l.e., Bullivant Harding, Bird, c.p.  c.p., Boutwell Burton, Washburn, p.  p., Loveland Holloway, g.  g., Johnson
