Mr. L. M. Shaw to Lecture Monday

Mr. L. M. Shaw, Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, will deliver an address on "Evolution in Self-Government" next Monday afternoon at 4.30 o'clock in the Living Room of the Union.

Mr. Shaw has been Secretary of the Treasury since 1902. He gained much prominence in political campaigns as a Republican speaker in 1896. Two years later he was elected governor of Iowa, and in 1900 was elected for a second term.

The lecture will be open only to members of the Union.
