The President and Fellows have assigned to the use of the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences the Francis Parkman Fellowship, the income of which is to be applied, at the discretion of the Corporation, to the aid of meritorious students pursuing advanced studies, whether at the University or elsewhere. The Fellowship is supported by a fund of $10,000, bequeathed by Miss E. W. S. Parkman, in memory of her brother, Francis Parkman, '44.
