There are six vacancies in the Board of Overseers to be filled by election on Commencement Day, Wednesday, June 28. In accordance with a vote of the Association of the Alumni of Harvard College a committee has been appointed which has suggested to the electors the following names for nomination to the Board of Overseers: C. E. Norton '46, J. T. Mitchell '55, D. P. Kimball '56, S. Newcomb S. '58, s. M. Weld '60, R. A. Boit '68, H. Parkman '70, W. C. Loring '72, G. Wigglesworth '74, F. P. Fish '75, J. Lowell '77, H. Parker '78, I. T. Burr '79, R. M. Saltonstall '80, E. D. Brandegee '81, C. S. Hamlin '83, T. J. Coolidge. Jr., '84, F. A. Delano '85, O. Ames '86, C. F. Choate, Jr., '88, L. a. Frothingham '93.
Letter ballots, containing the names not more than six candidates, must be sent by the electors to the committee of the Association on or before May 31, and the names of the twelve candidates receiving the highest number of votes will be placed on an official ballot for use in the coming election.
