Candidates for the class lacrosse teams will begin practice at 3.30 o'clock this afternoon on Soldiers Field. The preliminary games of the interclass series will be played next week. The first game will be played between 1906 and 1907 on Tuesday, and the second between 1908 and 1909 on Wednesday. The winners will play for the class championship on Friday. Individual cups have been provided by the graduate players for members of the winning team, who will also be entitled to their class numerals.

Last night, C. E. Marsters was elected captain of the Junior team, and J. S. Irvin captain of the Sophomore team.
