Yesterday afternoon the spring football practice consisted chiefly in kicking and running down on punts for the ends and backs, and in breaking through the line for the rest of the men. Falling on the ball will be discontinued for the present, as it is believed that this results in slight injuries.
After the practice, which was shorter than usual, the squad was given a run around the field.
