In many of the events the members of the University track squad had their last hard practice yesterday afternoon in preparation for the dual meet with Dartmouth on Saturday.
As the track was in excellent condition yesterday some very good times were made. W. F. Garcelon '95 gave the hurdlers and sprinters a long drill in getting set and in starting.
The following men have recently joined the training table in the Union: C. Brinsmade '07, M. S. Crosby '08, E. J. Ford 2L., A. G. Grant '07, W. G. Howard '07, J. S. O'Brien '09, W. M. Rand '09, G. E. Roosevelt '09, M. B. Van Brunt '08.
Tickets, at $1 and at 50 cents, for the dual track meet with Dartmouth, to be held in the Stadium next Saturday, are now on sale at Leavitt & Peirce's and at Wright & Ditson's, Boston. H. A. A. tickets will admit holders to a special reserved section.
