Francis Boot Prize Not Awarded

The committee on award of the Francis Boot Prize of $100, for a composition in concerted vocal music, has decided not to award the prize this year as none of the nine compositions submitted fulfilled its requirements. The income of the prize will be given to the Department of Music.

The committee consisted of the Late Professor J. K. Paine h.'69. Mr. W. A. Locke '69, and Mr. A. Foote.
