In an unusually fast and interesting game of lacrosse the Juniors defeated the Sophomores yesterday afternoon by the score of 3 to 2.
In the first half minute of play Sessa scored a goal for the Sophomores, but Robinson shortly after tied the score by a swift and accurate shoot. Before the close of the half Robinson had again scored. In the second half Barber made a goal for the Sophomores, and as neither side was again able to score before the close of the half, it was agreed to continue the game for five minutes. It was not until the end of a second five minute period of play that a goal was made for the Juniors by Robinson.
Robinson and Prizer excelled for the Juniors, and Barber for Sophomores. Individual cups, presented by graduate lacrosse players, and class numerals will be awarded members of the Junior team.
