Leiter Cup Results and Schedule

In the preliminary games of the Leiter Cup baseball series played yesterday the Caveat Emptors defeated the Swampoodles, 10 to 3; the Squabs defeated the Lucky Strikes, 11 to 4, and the Down and Outs defeated the Leg Shakers, 20 to 3.

Owing to the absence of the Freshman and second nines the following four games will be played this afternoon at 3 o'clock: on east diamond--Lidlifters vs. Hard Boiled Eggs; on second nine diamond--Butterfingers vs. Incognitos; on west diamond--Pirates vs. Alphas; on Freshman diamond--Thayer Hall vs. Backwoodsmen.
