Arrangements for the Senior Spread at Memorial Hall on the night before Class Day are well underway, and tickets will be put on sale at the same time as the regular Class Day tickets. Several innovations will be introduced this year in order to add to the attractiveness of the evening.
The entire floor of Memorial Hall will be free for dancing this year, as the serving room was removed last summer to the new north addition and as the orchestra, composed of 40 pieces led by Gott, will be placed in the west gallery.
The most noteworthy improvement over previous years will be a system of boxes similar to that which has proved so successful at the Junior Dances in the Union. In addition to the four and six-seat tables, a limited number of boxes accommodating ten persons will be located in the Delta. This will greatly facilitate the formation of parties. In case of rain the boxes will be arranged in the interior of the Hall in such a way as to avoid the confusion of last year.
