1909 Baseball with St. Mark's

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Freshman baseball team will play St. Mark's in the seventh game of its schedule, at 3.30 o'clock this afternoon at Southboro. Dana, who has not played since the Andover game on April 28, will again be tried at left field, and Harding will take Hamlen's place at first base.

The St. Mark's team this year is especially strong, having won seven games out of eight, which makes the outcome of the game this afternoon very doubtful.

The batting orders: HARVARD 1909.  ST. MARK'S. Rogers, s.s.  r.f., Belmont Briggs, 2b.  c.f., Hall Dana, l.f.  c., Corbiere Cutting, c.f.  2b., R. Potter Harding, 1b.  s.s., Rumsey Paine, 3b.  1b., J. Potter Frye, Howes, r.f.  3b., Gardner Cate, c.  l.f., Paul Palmer, Bush, p.  p., Wood
