Cornell Race Down Stream

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

It has been decided that the race between the University crew and Cornell, which will be rowed on Friday afternoon, May 25, on the Charles river will start at two o'clock. The crews will row down stream over the 1 and 7-8 miles course from the Longwood bridge to the Union Boat Club.

A grandstand with seating capacity for about 500 people will be built near the finish line, from Otter to Berkeley street, along the Boston river wall. Tickets at $1.50 each will be put on sale next Monday at the office of the Harvard Athletic Association and at Leavitt & Peirce's.
