Mr. Charles J. Hughes, Jr., LL.D., professor of mining law in the Denver Law School, will deliver the second of his course of five lectures on "The Law of Mining and Irrigation" this afternoon from 3 to 5 o'clock in the East Room of Austin Hall.

The third lecture in the series will be given tomorrow from 11 to 12 and from 2 to 3 o'clock in the West Room of Austin Hall.

The course is open to students in the Law and Scientific Schools.
