First Public Performance H.P.C. Play

The first public performance of "The Wanderer", the Hasty Pudding Club play, will be given in the club theatre this evening at 8 o'clock. The other public performances will be as follows: in the club theatre, tomorrow and Thursday; in Jordan Hall, Boston, Friday and Saturday.

Last night the performance was more even, and the number of encores gave promise of final form this evening. There is still room for an improvement in distinctness of the enunciation.
