Lacrosse Candidates Meet Tonight

A meeting for all candidates for the University and class lacrosse teams will be held tonight at 7.30 in the Training Table Room of the Union. Short speeches will be made by Captain Rice of the University team, W. A. Phillips '05, captain of last season's team, and C. R: Stevenson, captain of the 1902 team. Plans for the season will be outlined and the game will be briefly explained for the benefit of the inexperienced men. All men in the University who have ever played lacrosse and any who would like to learn, especially Freshmen, should attend this meeting. Regular practice will begin tomorrow afternoon at 4 o'clock in the handball courts behind the Gymnasium.

Dartmouth defeated Yale last Saturday in basketball by the score of 44 to 16.
