Harvard Fourth in Gymnastic Meet

NEW YORK, N. Y., March 30.--In the intercollegiate gymnastic meet, held in the Columbia gymnasium, this evening, New York University won first place with 18 1-3 points. Harvard was fourth with 9 1-3 points. G. F. Evans 1G. did the best work for Harvard team winning first place on the side horse and third in the individual championship.

Following are the winners in each event:

Horizontal bar--Won by McCabe, Princeton; second, Schnall, New York University; third, Dowd, Princeton.

Side horse--Won by G. F. Evans 1G.; second, Price, Yale; third, Mason, Yale.

Flying rings--Won by Greenfield, New York University; second, Price, Yale; third, Kecham, New York University.

Club swinging--Won by Steward, Columbia; tied for second place, Braydon, New York University, C. A. Woodbury '06, and Gilbert, Yale.

Parallel bars--Won by Schnall, New York University; second, C. G. Woodbury '06; third, Knox, Yale.

Tumbling--Won by McCabe, Princeton; second, Pompson, New York University; third, Horle, Yale.

All-round championship--Won by McCabe, Princeton, 337; second, Gilbert, Yale, 322; third, G. F. Evans 1G., 315.
