In the fifth annual intercollegiate camera contest yesterday the University of Pennsylvania was awarded first prize for the best collection of 50 photographs, Harvard was awarded second prize, and the University of Wisconsin third prize.
The prize for the best individual photograph was also won for Pennsylvania, by J. A. Mason, for a print entitled "Over the Hill." The second prize was won by Miss Blanchard Harper of the University of Wisconsin, for a print entitled "Evening," and the third by E. J. Wendell '07, for his photograph "In the Mountains."
The individual prizes are silver cups, and the winning University receives merely a certificate. All the photographs in the contest will be on exhibition in Robinson Hall during the first part of April.
