The Sophomores defeated the Freshmen in the first interclass shoot on Soldiers Field yesterday afternoon by the score of 84 to 70. Weather conditions and the poor condition of the trap, made good shooting difficult. Each man shot at 25 birds thrown at unknown angles, instead of 50 birds as was originally planned.

Following are the scores: 1908.    1909. W. T. Kissel  21  W. S. Brooks  10 K. G. Carpenter  8  O. B. Harriman  10 T. S. Smith  14  J. P. Bigelow  10 D. P. Starr  13  J. R. Gilman  10 H. Inches  14  R. W. Means  16 B. Moore  14  G. F. Chandler  14   84    70
