Hon. Lyman J. Gage, LL.D., will deliver an address on "The Proposed Changes in our Banking Laws," under the auspices of the Department of Economics Thursday at 4 o'clock in the Lecture Room of the Fogg Art Museum.

Mr. Gage served as Secretary of the Treasury under President McKinley and President Roosevelt.
