Mr. Woolsey McA. Johnson will deliver the second of his series of lectures on "Some Applications for Physical Chemistry to Metallurgy." this afternoon at 4.30 o'clock in the Alcture Room of the Rotch Building. His special topic will be "Electirc Furnace Design."

The lecture will be open to the public, and students from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology are especially invited to attend. The last lecture of the series will be given tomorrow at the same time and place.
