The first match of the University fencing team will be with Technology next Monday. A Triangular meet will be held with Columbia and Technology on February 16, and a trip is planned for February 23 and 24, which will include matches with West Point and either Annapolis or Cornell. The quadrangular meet with Pennsylvania, Yale and Technology will take place on March 2. The University team is also entered in the meet of the University Fencing Association on March 16 and 17.
On February 28 an open novice tournament will be held in the Gymnasium, for all men who have not won a prize in an open novice competition. Early in March there will be a Junior competition, which will be open to men who have not won first prize in a Junior competition, or won a rank in the intercollegiate championships. Three prizes in each tournament will be awarded by the Fencers' Club.
