The University basketball team will play its last home game of the season with the Andover team this evening at 8 o'clock in the Gymnasium. As the University team has shown a steady improvement in team work during the last few days the practice has been devoted mainly to developing a faster passing game. There is still a tendency to foul, and to slowness in starting plays especially on the part of the forwards. Burnham will be unable to play tonight on account of an injured knce, and his place will be taken by Brooks.
The Andover team was very weak at the beginning of the season, but has improved greatly as is shown by its recent defeat of the University second team, 24 to 13, and the Freshman team, 46 to 2.
The teams will probably line up as follows:     Admission tickets at 50 cents each will be on sale at the door only.  Second Team vs. Freshmen at 7.45.  The second basketball team will play the Freshman team in the Gymnasium this evening beginning at 7.45 o'clock and continuing between the halves of the University game.  This will be the last practice game for the Freshman team before the game with the Yale freshmen next Saturday.  The line up will be as follows:
