Fulton Cutting, president of the Citizens Union of New York City, will speak in the Living Room of the Union on "The Organization of the Civic Conscience," Friday evening at 8 o'clock. All members of the Union are invited to attend and members of the Political Club who are not members of the Union may obtain cards of admission of L. I. Neale, Holworthy 21.
