Mr. Sylvester Baxter will lecture on "Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo" in the Lecture Hall of the Fogg Museum tonight at 8 o'clock. The lecture will be given under the auspices of the Topiarian Club and will be open to the public.
As special representative of the "Outlook" at the recent Pan-American Congress, Mr. Baxter was able to make an extensive study of South American cities from the standpoint of landscape architecture. His lecture tonight will be illustrated with stereopticon pictures.
