Last night the Sophomores defeated the Freshmen in the second game of the interclass basketball series by a score of 25 to 19.  The Sophomores showed good team play, but were weak at shooting baskets, failing again and again on easy chances.  On the other hand, the Freshmen, while weak in team work, played well individually.  Currie for 1909 and Wallace for 1910 did the most consistent work.     Score--1909, 24; 1910, 19.  Goals from floor--Dial 8, Allen 2, Currie 1, Browne 2, Wallace 2, White 2, Sheehan 1, Goals from fouls--Currie 2, Wallace 5.  Referee--H. R. Snyder 2L. Timekeepers--P. B. Francis '08, H. L. Carlebach '09.  Time--20-minute halves.  Final Game Tomorrow Afternoon.  The final game of the series will be played between the Seniors and the Sophomores tomorrow afternoon in the Gymnasium at 2 o'clock.
