The trials for the second inter-club debate between the Forum and the Agora which will be held in Dane Hall on Wednesday, January 16, will take place at 7.30 o'clock next Tuesday evening in Dane Hall. Each man will be allowed eight minutes to argue either side of the question submitted by the Agora for the debate: "Resolved, That United States senators should be elected by popular vote." Three men from each club will be retained.
Candidates for the Forum team should leave their names with P. B. Carter '08, Grays C, and those for the Agora team with E. R. Lewis '08, Thayer 59, before noon on Tuesday.
Periodicals dealing with the subject will be reserved in case 19 of the Gore Hall reading room, and books on the subject will be transferred temporarily to the debating library in Dane Hall.
