NEW YORK, N. Y., Dec. 9.--At a meeting of the Intercollegiate Swimming Association held here this afternoon the schedule of dual meets between the members of the Association was drawn up, subject to the approved of the various athletic committees. The following eligibility rule was also adopted: Freshmen and graduate students shall be debarred from competing in the dual meets, if either college represented employs this rule.
The meet scheduled between Harvard and the University of Pennsylvania was declared forfeited to Harvard by default.
E. Dana '08, manager of the University swimming teams represented Harvard at the meeting.
