The first of the annual series of University teas will be held in the parlor of Phillips Brooks House on Friday afternoon from 4 until 6 o'clock. The object of those teas is to provide an opportunity for students to meet one another informally, and to bring them in closer touch with the officers of the University and their families.
As in former years these entertainments will be held on Friday afternoons throughout December, January, and February, and will be managed by a permanent executive committee made up of certain members of the Faculty and their wives. There will be a special reception committee for each Friday.
The officers in charge for this year are; secretary, Mrs. R. W. Willson; assistant secretary, Mrs. F. N. Robinson; treasurer, Mrs. W. M. Davis.
