The University association football team played a tie game with the Lowell Textile School on Soldiers Field yesterday afternoon, each team scoring once. Harvard scored on a penalty after about 10 minutes of play in the first half, and Lowell tied by straight play in the second. Owing to a strong west wind accurate shooting was impossible, which accounts for the low score. The University team played the best all around game, but the forwards lacked concentrated team work. Brooks, Reggio and Robinson played well for Harvard, and E. Nelson and Walmsely did the best work for Lowell.
