Rev. Edward Cummings '83 will speak on the subject, "The Failure of Self-seeking" at the meeting of the Graduate club, which will be held this evening at 8 o'clock in the Common Room of Conant Hall. Mr. Cummings, who is now associated with Dr. Edward Everett Hale '39 as minister of the South Congregational Church in Boston, was associate professor of sociology in the University from 1893 to 1900.

This meeting of the club will be open to all members of the Graduate and Divinity Schools; but all succeeding meetings will be open only to members of the club. Professor Kuehnemann, of the University of Breslau, this year's visiting professor of German literature at Harvard, will speak before the club on Friday, December 14.
