First Agora Debate Trials at 7.30

The first trials to select the Agora debating team will be held this evening at 7.30 o'clock in Dane Hall. Each speaker will be allowed seven minutes to debate on either side of the question: "Resolved, That the trades-union principle of the closed shop should be maintained." Six men will then be reserved for the final trials on Friday evening. A list giving the order of speaking will be posted in the debating rooms by 7 o'clock. Books and periodicals on this question have been reserved in Case 19 in the Reading Room of Gore Hall.

The trials for the Forum team will be held tomorrow evening at 8 o'clock.
