Trials for Forum-Agora Debate

The first trials to select the Forum and Agora debating teams for the debate on November 27 will be held in Dane Hall at 7.30 o'clock this evening. Each speaker will be allowed five minutes to argue either side of the following question, which has been chosen for the debate: "Resolved, That the trade-union principle of the closed shop should be maintained." Six men from each club will be retained for the final trials on Wednesday.

The order of speaking for the Agora members will be posted in Dane Hall at 3 o'clock this afternoon, that for the Forum at 7 o'clock this evening.

These trials will be open to members of the University.
