Dr. D. C. Rogers, of the Department of Ethics, will deliver a lecture on "Punishment and Education: Two Contrasted Methods of Social Reform" in the parlor of Phillips Brooks House this evening at 7 o'clock. This lecture, which will be open to all members of the University, is the third of a series on "Social Problems of the Modern City."
