1910 RECEPTION COMMITTEE

Meeting Tonight in Union at 7.30.--Dean Briggs to Outline New Scheme

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Freshman Reception Committee will meet at 7.30 o'clock this evening in the Assembly Room of the Union. At this meeting Dean Briggs will speak on the new scheme of giving the beer nights this year, and it is very important that all members of the committee attend. Instead of sending out written invitations as in former years, each member of the committee is expected to visit ten or twelve Freshmen, and invite them personally to a small beer night in his room. Very few upperclassmen will be invited to these beer nights, as they are designed especially for Freshmen. President Eliot may possibly speak before the meeting.

After all the small beer nights have been held, it is planned to have a large beer night about the first of December for the entire class. The members of the class will be assigned in small groups to the men on the committee at the meeting tonight.
