The board of directors of Randall Hall voted last night that for the remainder of the year any member of the University may eat at the Hall for one week before joining without paying the regular membership fee. The changes recently made have been satisfactory, and since the recess 52 men have joined the Association, making a total of 909 men now eating at the Hall.
