First Team Defeated in Basketball

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

In its first practice since the Pennsylvania game, the University basketball team was defeated by the second team for the first time this season last evening by a score of 20 to 17. Little improvement in the play was evident, and the same faults noticeable in Saturday's game were the cause of the defeat last evening. In passing and handling the ball the men were very erratic, and the shooting for baskets was wild.
