The next meeting of the National Football Rules Committee will be held next Friday, January 12. Before this time it is expected that the delegates will have been instructed by their respective institutions in regard to the attitude to be taken toward the new committee appointed by the New York University Conference. The Graduates' Committee is holding meetings frequently at the B. A. A., and will report to the Athletic Committee on Wednesday. Nothing will be done by the National Committee toward changing the rules, until it is finally decided whether or not the two committees will be amalgamated.
