Dr. S. M. Zwemer, the Arabian explorer, will give a lecture on "Arabia and Islam" in the Union on January 16. The lecture, which will be illustrated by stereopticon views, will be open only to members of the Union.

Dr. Zwemer has lived in Arabia for 15 years, and is the only white man who has ever crossed the Oman peninsula. After the completion of some explorations in Yamen he was elected a member of the Royal Geographical Society of England.
