In addition to the regular scholarships, given for the past two years, the Messrs. Mallinckrodt of St. Louis, offer the sum of $500 for the year 1906-07 to a student of chemistry in the Graduate School, on condition that he serve the subsequent year in the Mallinckrodt Chemical Works at a suitable salary. The student must have taken at least Chemistry 5, 6, 9 and 10, and must take or have taken Chemistry 11. This stipend of $500 will be repeated yearly to different candidates under similar conditions until further notice. Applications should be sent to Professor T. W. Richards, Boylston Hall, before April 1.
