A petition, signed by all the men rooming in Weld Hall, asking for the use of room number 3 as a club room for the remainder of the year, has been presented President Eliot. If the petition is granted, as seems probable, a contribution of $1 will be taken from each man in the hall to furnish the room in which dormitory smokers will probably be held from time to time. The room will be supplied with newspapers and periodicals and a piano and pianola.
