Large Part of '81 Fund Raised

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

A committee from the class of 1881 is working successfully in an attempt to raise $100,000, to be presented to the University next June, as a fund for the general uses of the University.

By this move the class of 1881 is following the example of 1879 and 1880. The response to the efforts of the committee has been so general and onthusiastic, that a large part of the proposed gift has already been accumulated, and the entire subscription will probably be completed before Commencement.
