Phillips Brooks House will be open tomorrow afternoon from 3 to 6 o'clock. At 4.30 o'clock Mr. Howard S. Bliss, Amherst '82, president of the Syrian Protestant College of Beirut, Syria, will speak on "Student Life in Turkey," and after his talk there will be music on the mandolin by H. E. Porter '09 and S. Smith '09, accompanied by A. Whitman '09 on the guitar.
Tea will be served from 4.30 to 6 o'clock, and books and magazines will be available for use. The 1909 committee, of which C. D. Brewer is chairman, will be in charge. All members of the University are cordially invited to attend.
