Leaves Today for Intercollegiate Tournament at Philadelphia Next Week.

At the trials for the University tennis team on the Longwood courts yesterday H. H. Whitman '06, F. J. Sulloway 2L. and N. W. Niles '09 were chosen to compete in the intercollegiate tournament at Philadelphia next week. H. E. Straw 2L. and G. H. Field '06 will play for the fourth position on the team at the Longwood courts this morning. In the doubles Sulloway and Niles will play together and Whitman will be paired with the winner of the Straw-Field match.

The team will leave Boston for Philadelphia at 8 o'clock this evening. The play in the intercollegiate tournament will begin on the courts of the Merion Cricket Club. Haverford, on Monday morning and continue through the week.
