This Afternoon at Hanover.--Castle and Tweed the University Team Battery.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

At Hanover this afternoon at 3 o'clock the University baseball team will play its second game this spring with Dartmouth. In the first game, at Cambridge on April 24, the University team won by the score of 3 to 0. Although Glaze, who will pitch for Dartmouth today, was unable to pitch, the game was won only by a timely batting rally in the eighth inning."

Since the first game Dartmouth has been fairly successful in its important games; the nine defeated Lehigh 9 to 5, Syracuse 11 to 0, Tufts 10 to 1, Andover 17 to 8, and Holy Cross by the score of 5 to 0. It was beaten by Williams 3 to 0, by Tufts 7 to 5 and by Princeton, on May 24, by 5 to 1. Judging from these scores, Harvard should win this afternoon.

For the University team Castle will pitch, and Tweed will catch in place of Stephenson. The other positions will be filled as in the last game.

The batting order: HARVARD.  DARTMOUTH. Greenough, r.f.  l.f., O'Brien Leonard, 3b.  s.s., Reeve Randall, 1b.  1b., Keady Matthews, s.s.  r.f., J. Glaze Dexter, 2b.  c.f., Page McCarty, c.f.  2b., Orcutt Tweed, c.  3b., Richardson Castle, p.  c., McCabe Kernan, l.f.  p., R. Glaze
