Yale Crew Changed Again
The Yale university crew was once more changed yesterday, Daly being placed at two again in the university boat and Ortmayer returning to two in the four-oar. After rowing upstream for one and one-half miles in short stretches, the university crew defeated the freshmen in a mile race downstream. An improvement was noticeable in the blade work, especially on the feather.
The university orders were as follows:
University crew--Stroke, Whitney; 7, Kineon; 6, Whittier; 5; Chase; 4, Scott; 3, Morse; 2, Daly; bow, Weeks; cox., Winslow.
University four-oar--Stroke, Boulton; 3, Williams; 2, Ortmayer; bow, Blair; cox., Kruttschnitt.
